Relax assists to relieve nervousness and restlessness, support cognitive and mental function and temporarily relieve symptoms of stress (such as mental fatigue and feelings of weakness)

May assist with healthy adrenal function.

Passionflower is used as a nervine to support the nervous system in healthy individuals

Lemonbalm is used to relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety in healthy individuals

Rhodiola is used as an adaptogen to help the body cope with stress and to relieve fatigue and feelings of weakness in healthy individuals.

Recommended Adult dosage:

Take 2 capsules twice daily approximately 20 minutes before food or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding or while on warfarin therapy or blood thinning medication without medical advice.

Rhodiola Rosea (Arctic Rose) ext equiv to dry root 800mg (Standardised to Rosavin 3mg), Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper) ext equiv to dry fruit 5mg, Undaria Pinnatitida (Mekabu Seaweed) ext equiv dry whole plant 300mg (Standardised to Fucoidan 12.5mg)
